Rachel's Helping Hands Cancer Foundation was founded in order to financially assist cancer patients and their families. Our funds provide support these families need to pay for cancer treatments, prescriptions , and out of pocket costs. We understand the financial burden cancer has on a family and are here to help.
Murray Fox is a resident of Huntingdon Valley, Pa. since 1984 and has a B.S. degree in business administration from Drexel University. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Murray is a partner of Fox & Company, P.C. He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to non profit organizations and small to medium size companies. Murray is committed to developing long-term client relationships. As Rachel’s father, Murray got to see first- hand the caring nature Rachel showed towards others as she grew up. Rachel’s loving spirit is what inspired him to never let her name fade away. This foundation was formed in an effort to continue Rachel’s tradition of caring and support for everyone she touched
Dr. Eric Paster earned his undergraduate degree in Pre-medicine at The Pennsylvania State University and continued on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Eric was married to our foundation's inspiration, Rachel Paster. He also owns a family and cosmetic dental office in Royersford, PA called "The Royersford Dentist". When he isn't practice dentistry or attending continuing education courses, he is caring for his son, Caleb and dog, Utley. As the owner and operator of a business, he has developed many skills needed to be an effective leader so we can make Rachel's dream a reality!

Tyler Fox is a Customer Success representative at Urbint, Inc., with a focus in the Gas & Utility industry. Tyler Fox, is a resident in Horsham, PA and concentrates his efforts on developing & maintaining professional relationships in his career. Tyler is continually learning new technologies in software development while providing his expertise from personal and professional experiences to Rachel’s Helping Hands Cancer Foundation.
Lauren Fox earned her master’s degree in Business Management from LaSalle University. Prior to this she attended Widener University and graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems. While attending Widener University, Lauren was a member of the varsity women’s soccer team for four years and a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals. Lauren has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry and currently holds a role as an account manager for a well-known mutual fund company in the Philadelphia area. Lauren enjoys the beach, crossfit, cycling, running, and spending time with family. Lauren is passionate about developing her role as event coordinator for the Rachel’s Helping Hands Cancer Foundation.
Lauren Carreon earned her Master’s Degree in Education and completed her Reading Specialist courses for PA certification at Cabrini College. Prior to this she attended Penn State University Main Campus studying Elementary Education. Lauren has worked in the Tredyffrin-Easttown School District for 15 years in 4th, 3rd, and primarily 2nd grade. Teaching 2nd grade is what allowed Lauren to cross paths with Rachel and formed a true friendship. Lauren enjoys Barre3, yoga, running, spending time with her two daughters, Ellie and Audrey, her husband, & many local family members. As a dear friend of Rachel’s, Lauren is excited to join Rachel’s Helping Hands to help promote her legacy of goodness and selflessly doing for others.
- Jennifer Hearn, MSAdvisor / Breast Cancer SurvivorJennifer Hearn, MSAdvisor / Breast Cancer SurvivorJennifer Hearn attended the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia for both her BS and MS in Clinical Health Psychology. Jen has worked in a variety of mental health settings; currently, she holds a per diem position as a therapist in an acute partial hospitalization program, serving 5-12 year old clients. Jen is married to her high school sweetheart, Eric, and they have two boys, Brody (3) and Grady (2) and two dogs. She enjoys being a stay at home mom as well as planning trips, activities, and parties with her family and friends, baking, cooking, crafting, photography and, of course, staying active with her boys. Jen is also a BRCA2 carrier and Triple Negative Breast Cancer survivor and has been in remission since August 2014. When Jen was first diagnosed, a mutual friend placed her in contact with Rachel, who supported and helped her tremendously through the beginning stages of diagnosis, and the two became close through their diagnoses. Now through the work of Rachel's Helping Hands, Jen feels she will be able to pay forward all the love and support Rachel gave her.
